Being the clumsy you, you always tripped or dropped things like it is an everyday thing. And Daehyun is always there to save the day.
As Christmas is approaching, you decided to do some packing as the boys will be coming over to celebrate Christmas with you. You don’t want to let them see how messy the house, right? You grinned; this Christmas is going to be amazing!
After packing and reorganizing the closet, you decided to proceed with packing of the shelves. Due to your short height, you placed twochairs side by side – one shorter than the other – so it is easier for you to climb up and do your packing.
“Aish. It is so dusty here. When is the last time I cleaned the entire house?” you frowned, clearly not pleased with yourself.
After spent roughly about ten minutes; getting the books and items off your shelves, you proceeded with cleaning the shelves with a clean, wet cloth.
You hated the fact that you had a sensitive nose. You can’t stop sneezing whenever the room is filled with dust. You got a feeling that you are going to sneeze soon. “Ah-choo!” You finally sneezed but lost your balance and landed on the land with a loud thud.
Great. You cursed silently before attempting to stand up. You landed back on the floor within a second. Well done, you twisted your ankle.
Just then, the front door clicked. “Jagiya?” it came the voice that you love so much.
“Oh… my gosh!” he came running towards you, obviously worried about your condition.
“I fell and twisted my ankle.” You felt that there is a need to give some explanation to him. “And I-” he cut you off before you could get another word out of your mouth.
“Who say you are fine. You are clearly not alright.” he gave you a stern look before carried you in a bridal style way towards his car and drove off to a nearby clinic. He won’t give up nagging at you until you get your ankles checked.
He kept on nagging how you should be more careful. “Daehyunnie ahjumma.” You mumbled under breathe.
“What did you say?” he questioned as he kept his eyes on the road.
“Nothing!” You said, almost instantly.
“Fine.” He pouted. “Baby. Please be more careful. What if, in the future, you are pregnant with our child and you are still so clumsy. Aigoo! I can’t be with you all the times despite how much I wanted to, you know.”
“Who said I will be pregnant with our child in the future.” You teased.
“What! We will get married in the future. Okay, let’s say, two to three years’ time. And by that time, you will give birth to our child within the 2nd year after our marriage.”
“No. No. No. N. O. You got it all wrong. We are not getting married and I am not giving birth to our child,” you replied with a smirk.
“Don’t regret. And we are here~” he said it childishly.
You chuckled. Aish, this guy never changes.
“Don’t worry. Your ankle is fine. I will still prescribe some medication for you to apply since you are here.” The doctor said once he did a check on your ankle.
Once both of you reached home, Daehyun sighed. You knew this is going to be the round two of his nagging session. “Look. Please don’t do stuffs like this when I am not around, alright?”
You pouted, “I’m sorry for being a clumsy and useless girlfriend.” Once you finished, you turned away.
He left out another sigh before muttering something under his breath. “I’m sorry that I raised my voice at you. I did that as I am worried about your safety.”
He gave you a back hug before continuing, “I can’t lose you. I can’t afford to that. You know you meant so much to me. I can afford to survive without oxygen but not without you by my side.”
You can’t help but blush. That greasy Daehyun.
