The Siegfried Line
©2007
Rip―
tattered―
Seemingly overwhelmed,
They're left bare for the buzzards.
The last of his regiment lay
Before him trembling―
They coward in their trenches
Afraid to move. He orders, "Stand tall,
Cross the line―you're fighting phantoms."
As Allied's fire resonates with his words
"You are the Blue Devils!"
