Imagine #23: Don't Threaten Me With A Good Time

You groaned as your friend {friend's name} dragged you through the curtains of her favorite night club and the thumping of the music got even louder than when you first got out of the car. You heard them mumble something about fun and finding a guy and then you went directly over to the bar. You sat down and immediately a guy came and sat next to you. You just scoffed, rolled your eyes, then walked away, disgusted that he would even try to hit on you the second you sat down.

You walked away from the bar for a while, trying to find you friend but not being able to see past any of the people on the dance floor in front of you. You sighed and then walked back over to the bar, making sure to go to the opposite side from before so that the same creepy guy wouldn't come back. You sat down safely and ordered yourself a water, since you weren't much of a drinker. You sat alone and started to get annoyed at your friend for bringing you here but there was nothing you could do because your friend was your ride home unless of course you found someone else to take you home.

"Hey there pretty thang," you heard a voice from behind you say and you rolled your eyes before turning around. I came face to face with a guy, slightly taller than yourself sitting at the bar, and he was actually a comfortable distance away from you and not trying to get as close to you as possible without even introducing himself first.

"It's {Y/N}," you said as you turned back around and took a sip of your drink in front of you. It took a moment but the guy picked up on your game and took the seat next to you.

"Well it's a pleasure to see that someone here has some self-respect, {Y/N}," you smiled and turned to him.

"So you are?" you asked bravely.

"Brendon, love," he smiled and placed his hand on top of yours, then he called over the bar tender and ordered some more drinks for the both of you. This went on for a while... you have now had about six or seven drinks and you're starting to feel slightly unbalanced. That's when you decide it's time to get away from the bar, so you grab Brendon's hand and try to make your way to the dance floor, stumbling over your own feet and bumping into people on the way there, but eventually you made it.

You smiled at Brendon as you both showed off how awful you could both dance, granted you were both also quite drunk but it actually made you feel better about your dance moves. You laughed and danced with Brendon for a while and then you both made your way outside where the air was cooler and there was already a ride there waiting for you. You turned to Brendon as he walked closer to the car and he just winked  at you, so you just went with it and decided that you would trust this complete stranger for the night.

You didn't say a word to Brendon the entire ride home, you just both sat there and you realized that you had been holding hands the entire time. You looked over at Brendon and gave his hand tight squeeze. Brendon just looked over and smiled nervously, then went back to staring out the window as he was before. You frown a bit but brushed it off because you realized that he had every right to be nervous, and that's when your nervousness started to kick in. You took a deep breath and before you realized it, Brendon let go of your hand, then he had walked over to your side of the car and opened your door for you, revealing the huge mansion that must have been Brendon's house.

"Y-you live here?" you asked Brendon as he guided you to the front door since you were still stumbling from the amount of alcohol you had just consumed. Brendon just grabbed your hand and squeezed it tightly and you smiled.

You got inside and the inside of the house looked even nice than the outside. Everything looked top of the line and you knew that this place had to have cost a fortune.

"What do you do for a living Brendon?" you asked, curious as to where all this money was coming from.

"I'm a performer, I have a band, Panic! At This Disco. Have you heard of them?" he replied as he lead you to the stairs and stood one above you, while holding both of your hands in his. You smiled and forgot to respond before you reached over to Brendon and pulled off his suit jacket he had been wearing all night. Brendon just smirked then licked his lips as you started to unbutton his shirt. Brendon was backing up the stairs as all of this happened and when you both got to the top, he smashed his lips against yours, setting off fireworks inside your brain and heart.

"It's really a shame you did this {Y/N}," Brendon said with his lips still half pressed against yours.

"Why? I think we could really work out," you said back as you both started to near his bedroom. Brendon just let out a breathy laugh as he opened the door behind him and he switched you both around, then pushed you down onto the bed. It didn't hurt because it was just a bed but you weren't expecting it to happen so quickly like it did.

"No, it's not that or else I would agree..." Brendon said, without making any further progress, and keeping his back turned to you. You got off the bed and made a dead sprint for the door, terrified of what you just got yourself into, but you had consumed quite some alcohol earlier in the night so your vision wasn't the greatest at the moment and you were in a strange place that you didn't know so you didn't really remember what way you came in.

You had only made it to the bottom of the steps before you heard a crash from Brendon's bedroom and that's when the true panic set in. You started to run faster in random directions, hoping to find a door or something but when you reached the kitchen, you felt something cold and slimy touch your ankle and wrap around you tightly. You screamed but you knew there was no one around to hear you, so you let destiny run its course and your feet were pulled out from underneath you, and the slimy arm-like thing started to drag you across the kitchen floor but you had hit your head so hard when you landed, that your vision started to blur even worse and black spots started to cover everything around you. Before you knew it, you were blacked out.

~~~
You woke up in a bed still in last night's clothes, and Brendon was next to you but he was shirtless and you hoped that was all. You started to take the comforter off and Brendon stirred next to you. You tried thinking about last night, but not much was coming to mind, at least you knew who's bed you were in though.
"{Y/N}?" Brendon said in a sleepy/groggy voice that almost made you melt.
"Y-yeah?" you stuttered out, surprised that Brendon was able to remember your name.
"What happened last night? I just remember bringing you here and after that there's no memory whatsoever," Brendon said as he sat up and started to rub his eyes.
"I honestly don't know, I can only remember what you just said," you said and after a moment of silence you and Brendon both started laughing.
"I knew I'd wake up like this from the moment you pulled me onto the dance floor," Brendon laughed and you looked over at him.
"Why?" you giggled back.
"Well let's just say, you shouldn't threaten me with a good time..."
