27. Run

[Sorry for all of the songs, but I tend to mix them all in. Someone recognized Fall Out Boy lyrics. Yes...thank you to the person that gave me the land, it was p cool, I liked it. This will probably be my last update for a little while...Thanks to those who read this]

Raine's POV

I looked around, in the LOSAS, the Land of Space and Storms. "Land sweet land," I joked, and suddenly something flew in my face. "Ahh!" I jumped back, looking at it.  "Oh, it's you," I waved to my lusus. When the time came, I prototyped her to be my sprite, it was pretty cool, considering I could now understand her. I never actually gave her a name, I kinda just called her Katsprite, considering she was   a cat. "Mew gotta mission," she replied cooly. "Wait what?" I blinked. "No, not from Purr, just mew gotta get through your land," she rolled her rs like Nepeta did. 

"Oh, well yeah I knew that Katsprite, am I an idiot?" I retorted, walking through the mist. You could hear the constant thunder and the occasional flash of lightning, it was pretty misty and you couldn't really see two feet in front of you.

My blonde hair tumbled over my shoulders as I bent over and picked up my sword. "Yeah, half the time," she snickered. That's right...she has a mouth, now you see what I'll have to deal with...for the rest of the game. "Oh god,  just shut up," I groaned, getting up. She shrugged and looked around. A bolt of lightning struck the ground 100 feet ahead of us and lit up the sky, and for the first time I was able to see through the mist for a second. "There's a cave?" I asked puzzled. "No, don't go there, mew gotta get through the lower beings first." "Well then what's in there?" I asked. 

"Your denizen," she shrugged. "My what?..." I rose an eyebrow. 

"The 'boss' of your land, you normally beat him last, but go ahead if mew insist," She replied snarkily. I shrugged and kept on walking, to find myself being pestered by Kanaya.

GA: Is Your Land Alright?

AG: Um...yeah, why?

GA: Just A Concern, I Was Told To Ask You.

AG: Haha, okay Kanaya, pretty weird.

AG: Hey have you spoke to Dave yet?

GA: No, I've been fighting creatures

AG: K, just wondering, anyway, what exactly am I supposed to do?

GA: We All Are Destined For Different Things, So I'm Not Sure

AG: okay, whatever

GA: I Must Go, It Was Nice Talking To You Raine

"Pretty werid for her to be asking me if my land is okay...considering I just got here," I shrugged, and nearly ran into a grey tree. I looked up and saw little lightning bolts humming off of the blue leaves, "Okay...I must be dreaming," I pinched myself. "Nope, I'm awake," I shook my head, glancing at Katsprite. I kept walking down the trail, little bats flying around.

I'd been walking for a little while now, just walking down the trail, and was pretty bored of it. I looked around to see mist, mist, mist, a little fire,  mist-wait fire??? I looked back at where I saw it and started running down the trail in that direction. The fire kept on getting clearer to where I could see a hut, then finally a village. I walked up closer and the mist soon dissapeared.

There was a little village of scorpions. Well...not like scorpions the size of my thumb, but up to my collarbone. They walked around on two legs and their tails curled up like normal. They all turned to me and hissed. I backed up and they walked closer, clacking their blue claws. "They won't  hurt mew if mew stand still," Katsprite whispered, floating beside me on the rock.

I stood still, not budging as they took my hair into their claws, playing with it and walking around me hissing. Finally they picked me up and sat me ontop of a high rock, and put a crown on my head. "Um..." I sat there confused as they began to bow, giving me gifts. When I tried to stand up they hissed, causing me to sit down. 

"Awesome," I sighed, sitting there. I sat there for a little while...3 hours while they continued to add to the pile next to me. Finally they all went to their huts and I crept up, sneaking away. "Queen or not, I'm not sitting there forever," I growled. 

I walked down the winding stretch of road, before pratically running into an imp. I slayed it easily, but looked around to find several imps surrounding me. "This couldn't be anymore easy could it???" I said sarcastically, starting to battle them.

Afterwards I sighed, wiping my forehead on my sleeve, "Ugh," I grabbed the fold out tent out of my backpack and pitched it up. "I'm going to bed, see you Katsprite," I yawned, falling asleep before I could see someone was trying to pester me.

I woke up on a planet...everything was covered in purple. "You are on Derse," someone said. I whirled around to see...
