Okay this is a really important question I need to ask all of you so PLEASE READ

When reading a book do you prefer it to be set in first person or third person?

I want your opinions because I don't know if I can do it in first person for long but there's scene that require it and I'm not sure.

What do you guys prefer?

Example 1- how I write first person
When I write in a first person POV (point of view) I write it as if I am that character and I tell it like how they would. If they don't know something but it is really obvious eg. Blake doesn't know what mahogany is so when he finds a box he describes it as just a dark coloured wood. Because nobody know exactly what EVERYTHING is, if they have certain views or opinions I add that too even though it may not be correct or nice.

Example 2- how I write in third person
When writing in third person I like to describe things in detail, you done get the persons EXACT perspective from me because I'm not a professional writer but you can get a good feel of what everything is and what's happening and more information of what's going on around the characters or scenes. I'm not very experienced with third person but I do write a lot faster when doing so.

TL;DR?
Go back and read it you turd.
