This is Not the End (Resident Evil Fanfic)

Reunited?

Alice managed to get away from the zombies and entered an empty room. She was basked in darkness for a second before the lights turned on. The symbol of Umbrella was the only splash of color in the otherwise white room. Pods began to rise from the floor and Alice readied herself for a fight.

There was no sign of movement from the pods since only dead people were maning the stations. Each worker had a bullet through their head and splashes of blood decorated their stations. 

Alice quickly turned around when a pod full of weapons rose from the floor. She smirked, grabbing a wicked looking knife. A click sounded behind her and she whipped around aiming the knife at the throat of the assailant. 

"Stop, I'm here to help you." The chinese woman said.

"I'm-" 

"Ada Wong." Alice interrupted.

"I know who you are." She continued. 

"You work for Umbrella."

"I don't work for them anymore." Ada said withdrawing her gun.

"She works for me now." Wesker said appearing on a screen.

With a flick of her wrist Alice flung the knife at him shattering the screen into pieces. 

"Ada helped me access the system to free you." Wesker continued on another screen without missing a beat.

"Why would you help me?" Alice asked.

"We need your help." He said causing her to laugh from how ridiculous he sounded.

"A team of people including your friend Luther West are here to help you escape." Ada said.

"We should get moving, we've been noticed." She continued.

Alice had no other options but to go with Ada. She grabbed a couple of guns and slipped two clips of ammo into her boots.

Now that she was reasonably armed with weapons she felt slightly safer.

They entered the Tokyo facility again and made there way towards Suburbia, where they would hopefully meet up with the team.

Of course nothing would be as easy as walking around. The Red Queen sent two bio weapons to stop them. However the two woman where resilient and quickly defeated the threats.

They walked through a hologram and straight into the suburbs of Racoon City. 

The streets were empty, nothing but destruction was left. There was no sign of life or movement as they walked cautiously down the streets.

In the corner of her eye, the movement of fluttering curtains gained Alice's attention. 

"There's someone inside," She whispered to Ada.

They snuck into the house and Alice stifled gasped as she saw herself lying dead on the ground. Her pale lifeless eyes gazing into nothing. The whole house was trashed and looked like a hurricane had swept through. Blood coated the floors and walls, leaving the stench of death in its wake. A picture frame laid broken on the ground, the photo blurred by blood. 

"They're still cloning me?" Alice asked gazing sullenly at her clone. 

"You are one of the 15 basic models." Ada replied.

There was a creak upstairs and Alice went up to check it out.

She entered a pink room and turned towards the closet. A dead policeman sprung out from the closet lunging at her. She quickly shot him in the head causing him to collapse backwards. She left the room but was startled by a little girl who ran towards her, hugging her body. 

"Mommy! I hid like you told me to", the girl cried tearfully. 

"Mom?" She mouthed at Ada who suddenly appeared. 

"She's not your real daughter, she's a clone that has been programmed with false memories. It's how Umbrella tests the reactions of the population to an outbreak. They populate the facility with clones since they couldn't exactly use real people. Millions die everyday in the tests and they just keep on cloning them." Ada explained.

"How big is this facility?"

"The biggest one, there are five main testing areas we are currently in Suburbia, there's Moscow, Japan, China and Berlin. They are used to help sell the weapons to different countries, all for a large profit of course."

Umbrella was out of control and someone had to stop them.

Outside of the house the team pulled out with Jill in command. We moved to surround the house, waiting for Alice and Ada to come out. I checked the heat signature scanner and confirmed that they were still in the building.  

Rain was sitting on the swing outside with a AK-47 in her lap. My guns were gripped in my hands, ready to fire at any moment.

Alice emerged out of the house with a clone and Ada in tow.

She glanced at Rain and said," There's a child here."

Rain shrugged and said," Not my problem."

"All heart I see, you haven't change a bit Rain" Alice said.

"You don't know me." Rain spat out. 

Alice furrowed her eyebrows in response. She glanced at the glaring red scarab on Rain's chest and a flash of recognition and understanding appeared on her face.  

"Surrender or be killed." Jill commanded.

Alice's eyes flickered to Jill and I, looking defeated she stepped to the side raising her hands in surrender.

 It was all an act to make us lower our guard. Ada managed to shoot a nearby soldier in the chest.

"Amy!" The child cried as Alice pulled her to safety. I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion," How did that clone know me?"

They escaped into the house and Alpha team was sent in to retrieve them. A series of shots rang out and the team was out of commission Rain got a rocket launcher and fired at the house. The rockets exploded blowing the place to bits however Ada managed to survived and we captured her. Alice and the clone was no where in sight.

"Damn it." Jill growled. "Someone find Alice quickly." She commanded, sending an agent scrambling on his tablet to find their location.  

Ada glanced at me, trying to say something but before she could Rain knocked her out.

"Secure the prisoner." I commanded two agents. 

They nodded and handcuffed Ada and dragged her body away. 

Far away, Alice turned around and saw the aftermath of an explosion. She clutched Becky closer to her and they went through a holographic landscape that lead them into a Moscow's subway station.

Rain's clone came out from behind a column and said glancing at Alice's outfit," What's with the S&M get up?"

Someone else emerged from behind a column. 

"Omg my god, you're okay Alice, Becky!" Amy's clone cried out pulling them into a hug.
