I woke up with a gasp, my heart pounding in my chest. I reached up to touch my chest, instead of smooth flesh I felt something cold and metallic. It was a strange looking object that strangely resembled a scarab, I was about to take it off when a voice spoke outloud.

"Don't touch that Amelia." A voice said from behind me.

I turned around to see a familiar blonde woman. A name popped up in my mind. Jill. Her name was Jill.

"You were hurt terribly, that thing is helping you heal." Jill responded. There was something different about her voice and the way she acted but I dismissed the thought.

"I see." I said swinging my legs over the bed, noticing that my body was clad in a black body suit similar to Jill's.

"What happened?" I asked.

"You were in an accident." She replied.

"Oh." I said softly, I tried to remember what happened but my head suddenly started to hurt.

"I don't remember." I said frustrated.

'Why don't I remember?"

"You suffered a massive head injury and you were asleep for a long time. We didn't think you would make it." Jill recited.

"I think I feel better now." I said somewhat confidantly.

"Good because we need your help." She replied gesturing me to follow her. An agent came and presented me with two twin guns and I put them into the holsters on my leg.

"We have a special prisoner we need you to interrogate, she has defected from Umbrella and we must find out who she is working for." Jill said handing me a file.

I quickly scanned it, glancing at a picture of a woman. "Do I know her?" I asked, my fingers tracing over the name Alice Abernathy. A distant memory tried to resurface in my mind, but it quickly disappeared.

'You may have seen her once or twice working in an Umbrella facility. She may try to tell you lies about Umbrella to get you to help her escape." Jill responded.

I nodded at Jill, "Mrs. Abernathy sounds dangerous."

"Nothing we can't handle." Jill responded.

Jill lead me to a room with control systems and a huge glass window.

I looked out of it and saw a woman lying in a cell.

The sound system turned on and I said," Project Alice."

She woke up and gasped," Oh my god Amy, you're okay!" She furrowed her eyebrows," What are you doing?"

I ignored her remarks and asked," Project Alice who are you working for?"

"Amy." She whispered.

"What have you done to her!" Alice screamed.

"I repeat, Project Alice who are you working for?"

The woman did not respond and Jill pushed a red button. A loud screech filled the cell and Alice clutched her ears.

For some reason I felt like my heart was breaking, but the feeling soon disappeared.

"She is quite stubborn, how long have you interrogated her?"

"A week, she hasn't said anything useful." Jill responded.

Suddenly an alarm sounded in the building and the Red Queen's system turned off. My eyes closed unwillingly by some unknown force. The scarab on my chest glowed bright red before dulling down to a pale color.

Alice glanced around as a hidden storage unit rose out from the wall. She glanced at the armor and clothes lying neatly in a pile. She looked for a sign of a weapon but didn't find any. The doors to her cell opened and she cautiously went outside not before scanning if the coast was clear. She walked down and empty hallway as the sound system repeated,"System control regained in 3 minutes."

There was a locked door at the end of hallway and a keypad next to it. She kicked the keypad and it broke, causing the door to open to reveal a city.

"Tokyo, Japan?" Alice whispered glancing at all the japanese signs on the streets.

A police car laid abandoned on the side of the road and she broke the window with her elbow. Luckily inside a compartment was a gun and one full clip of ammo.

Suddenly people began to appear and a downpour of rain assaulted to streets. People where crossing the streets, each one holding an umbrella except for one person. A woman in a blue dress was standing in the rain and ignoring all the passerbys. Suddenly she started to act strangely and lunged at a man passing by her. She grabbed his shoulders and bit his neck, ripping out a large chunk of bloody flesh.Soon the streets were filled with chaos as the people turned on one another.

A hidden door opened, revealing another long white corridor. It was a bright beacon of light that drew the attention of the undead to Alice who was standing in front of it.

Alice sprinted towards the door with a trail of undead behind her, she soon began another fight for her life armed with only a gun and her wits. Gun shots and blood filled the air, echoing in the white hallway.

The system was back online and my eyes flickered open.

"Where is she?" Jill growled at an agent

The agent typed something into a computer and said,"She's in the Tokyo testing area."

"Let's go find her." Jill commanded.

A swarm of agents in black followed us out of the room. Someone tapped me on the shoulder and I turned around to see a latina.

"Here name is Rain." A tiny voice whispered in my head.

"Rain." I grinned. "I'm glad to see you here."

"Glad to have you back." She said patting me on the shoulder.

Somewhere in the facility, an alarm rang out," Intruder alert, intruder alert."
