Chapter 13

Simon pushed away Raphael and continued wearing his clothes. Raphael stared at him, while Simon was still busy fiddling with his hair and tidying the hems of his clothing. He dressed casually, slightly formal with his messy curls tidy up neatly.

Raphael is pleasant with the clothes he was wearing, the Michael Kors personal tailored suit that cost a bomb. Simon turned and looked at his gorgeous boyfriend smirking.

You are so beautiful.

Simon pulled his hand and both left Hotel Dumort and sprint to the party. It was 7pm in the night and they both reached way too earlier than expected.

"Looks like, we gotta wait for awhile for the food we ordered at Taki's to arrive."

Simon took a look at the surrounding before he gently pulled Raphael to somewhere else, not revealing any details.

"Why did you pull me out so early then?"
"Shhh follow me."
"Where are we going darling?"

This time Simon did not say anything about the sensitive word 'darling'. He simply mysteriously grinned while pulling the adolescent up the roof.

After a while of climbing, they both reached the roof of the building and Simon covered Raphael's eyes with a black tie.

"It's a secret."
"Just follow me Raph."

Holding tightly on to Simon's soft and silky hands, it felt like holding a baby's finger. Raphael, even though Simon hand is cold, could feel warmth penetrating his cold heart. For once, he felt like a mundane. A mundane that could breathe, eat, walk under sunlight and also beat. His heart could beat. He felt undead.

Once they reach they destination, standing just right in front of Raphael, Simon was carefully untying the tie that was tied above his eyes. Simon could feel Raphael's presence, even though he didn't breathe.

- Raphael's POV
Simon's hands was fiddling with my hair, and i could see again. The first thing that landed into my eyes was a telescope.

"I figured if i can't show you the sun, i could give you millions of stars and the bright moon."

"I, i will, try to find ways to let you walk under the sun... i wi-"

I kissed my adorable sunshine, soft and tender kiss. It almost felt like i was trying to convey messages to him, it felt like i used my everything to kiss him, this precious sunshine that have came into my life. The precious sunshine whom have brighten my dim life since i was first turned on 15. His soft, baby like hands roamed through my hair tenderly, gripping on my neck. My hand on his waist pulled him closer to me as we feel each other.

It didn't took long till we both finish kissing, my baby, my darling, my sunshine was smiling so brightly, it felt like the sunlight never left my side. I bended down and picked up the telescope that was almost forgotten by us and started using it. The dazzling sea of bright stars filled my small eyes instantly as my eyes wander around.

"Today is the best day darling, really."
"Don-"
"Don't call you darling right? But what if i really want to call you?
"Then..."

Simon looked at me slyly, and his fingers work magic and started tickling me till i let out a cry desperately. I held his hands and tugged him to my side.

"We should probably get going Raph, i need to get everything done and maybe prepare strippers if Magnus and Alec want. "
"Whose the strippers in you mouth?"
"Who do you think?"

He smirked at me while lifting an eyebrow challenging me.

"Don't you dare darling."

Simon chuckled, letting out a cute laugh before hugging me and murmured.

"There is no strippers darling."

I guess this one little sunshine truly is the one who will drive me crazy and also in love crazily.

I raised my eyebrow and look at him asking.

"Darling? Finally?"
"Opps nope, i mean Raph."
"Uh uh no changes, darling."
"Then i will just accept it."

I heard sounds, the guy from Taki's is here with the food. I sigh and brought darling with me down to pick up the food and he paid for the food.

"Quite generous of you to pay for Bane's party."
"Why? Jealous?"
"Won't your small pocket bleed?"
"Considering the fact that i was a nerdy guy at home, i didn't really had much to pay and i work as part-time for MacDonalds and Starbucks for years."
"Well, i have a job for you though."
"What job?"
"As the advisor for the interim chairman."
"You don't really have to create a fake position just for me Raph."
"It was actually proposed by Lily that we have an advisor though. The rest of the clan voted you as the advisor."
"What?! Oh my god, i do not really want to sit there in the meeting for hours."
"At least you have me."
"And i have you huh?"
"Let's get going, Bane's bachelor party is starting and our party planner should really get busy."
"But-"
"No buts darling, this will keep you far away from that short red headed shadowhunter and no kissing her! Even if it's the cheeks i don't care."
"Awww the great vampire clan leader Raphael is jealous!"
"Shut up before i kiss you darling."

I smirked when i see him covered his mouth cutely and walked away.
