I'll admit it,

I have doubts.

I fear you may not like me as you say..

Or if you do,

I'm so afraid of screwing things up,

Maybe saying the wrong things,

Or hurting you.

Which is something I don't intend,

And would never plan to do,

But I worry, by mistake,

I may one day.

I'm so sorry,

If I'm not as great a guy you want me to be,

But I'll continue to try.

Because I love you so, so much,

And I'll try my best to never let you down.
