"Kailangan mo paba bumalik sa stage?" Nag-aalalang tanong ko kay Zach pagkatapos namin kumain. He was playing with my hands.

I was getting nervous. Hindi ko alam kung mananalo ba ako mamaya. The woman in black seemed to be eager to date him. Bigla nalang itong nawala na parang bula nang mag-alis ako ng tingin sakanya.

His mouth twitched. "You want to go home? And steal your date?"

Tumawa ako. "Last day nanaman natin ito, bakit hindi? I don't know if I will win tonight."

Hinawakan niya ang ibabang labi ko. "Your wish, my always command."

Hinila ako patayo ni Zach. I got excited when we were about to exit this party. It meant I didn't have to compete with other women. I was smiling from ear to ear, following him. Nang bigla akong nauntog sa likod ni Zach.

"Where. Are. You. Going?"

Sinilip ko kung sino iyon. It was Ashley. She crossd her arms while raising her perfectly thread brow.

"We're going home. We both participated in your game, Ashley. Let us do what we want," he said while still holding my hand.

"No way! Hindi kayo pwedeng umuwi hangga't hindi pa natatapos iyong bidding! That's my deal with you, lovebirds!"

"I'll just pay you and your penalties, Ashley." Matigas na ulo na sabi ni Zach.

"Be reasonable!"

Zach sighed heavily. "Why do you always pushed people to do what they don't want to do?"

Napatingin ako sa dalawa. They had the same attitude pero magkaiba nga lang nila ginagamit ang paraan para makuha ang gusto nila.

I stepped in between them. "H-hindi niyo na kailangan mag-away. We'll wait until the bidding is over."

Zach looked at me with disbelief. "You don't have to do this if you feel uncomfortable, Iris."

"It's okay, love." Humawak ako sa braso niya. "I'm pretty confident I can win this."

He smiled playfully. "I know you will... That's one of the things I like about you. Persistent."

He was about to kissed me when Ashley held her hand in between us. "Respeto naman sa mga single!"

Tumawa kaming pareho ni Zach at napatingin sakanya. She kept rolling her eyes. Well, ito ang gusto ni Ashley, ang mag-stay kami. This was her consequence.

"Huwag na huwag kayo mag-PDA sa harap ko. Oh please. Makes me wanna vomit!"

Zach still gave me a kiss. Umakto si Ashley na parang nasusuka. Tawa na ako ng tawa. I really liked Zach when he was in the mood like this.

"Don't mind her," he told me while Ashley was still complaining.

"Anong don't mind me? Gusto ko nalang maging table cloth kung ganyan lang naman kayo sa harap ko!"

I giggled. Zach was still enjoying his own show. Hindi ko alam kung bakit sobrang showy niya ngayon. Hindi naba talaga siya natatakot na kung ano isipin ng ibang tao saamin?

He pulled me in his side. "Would you still let us join that game?"

"Of course!" Reklamo ni Ashley. "Bahala na kayo diyan! Just show up on the staga later para pwede na kayo umuwi later!"

Padabog na lumalakad si Ashley. I wondered why she was single? Ang ganda niyang babae. Alam kong madaming nagkakagusto sakanya. Maybe she was too high maintenance?

"We finally got rid of her," he mumbled.

I raised my brow. "You're using me para umalis si Ashley?"

He was shocked a bit and kissed my cheek. "Are you going to get mad if I am?"
