The horses reared back, kicking their front legs nervously.
"Come on," Sky coed his sleek brown horse, stroking the head softly. His horse calmed down enough for him to step onto the saddle and climb on.
Z however, no matter how many times he tried to calm his black horse with a white star on the horse's hand-it wouldn't. The horse reared, snorting each time Z tries to make a move.
"Be gentle!" Sky said, watching Z.
"I.. I'm trying!" Z reaches out, trying to pet it but the horse turn it's head. "It hates me."
Sky shook his head but smiling as he do. He got off of his horse and stroll to Z's. Sky reaches out slowly but the horse backed away, huffing. "Come here," Sky said, softly. "Don't be nervous." Sky stood there, waiting for the horse to come over.
At first, it was looking around, uncertainty, unsure to trust Sky or not.
Sky didn't move, just held out his hand, waiting.
Z stood by, watching it all, seeing the Virtue deal with the horse.
Patience. Z thought. The ability to forgive and the ability to wait.
Sky smiled widely as the black horse inches closer. Still he didn't move, standing in the same position.
After quite a long time, the black horse trotted towards Sky, nudging it's nose on his hand. Sky moved his hand over it's white star, petting it.
Z slowly walks towards it, amazed and shocked when the horse lets him touch it.
How.... Wonderful.. Z smile to himself. "There you have it!" Sky grinned, walking back to his horse. "We should name these guys." He said, patting his horse as he got on.
Z climbed his black horse, thinking of a name. "Mine's going to be.. Blackstar..."
"Blackstar!" Z stroke between Blackstar's ears.
"Blackstar?" Sky look at Blackstar who huffed and nodded his head in response. "He seems to gotten used to it already."
Sky patted his own horse and it look back at Sky, staring at him. A nickname popped up in his mind. "His name's Coco."
"Coco and Blackstar," Z grins. "Off to Sky's Majestic Kingdom!"
The two horses took off, galloping in the direction the town told them to go. Behind them were the people, waving goodbye.
Sky and Z waved back, smiling widely.
They're going to be so happy when we're back.. Sky smile even wider.
...
"Ty what?"
Ian had Seto and Quentin in Ty's resting room.
"He got kidnapped!" Ian exclaimed. "By Herobrine."
Seto's eyes widen and he had a hard time breathing. "Herobrine.. Herobrine?" He gasped.
Quentin had his hand on his forehand, taking it all in.
"Yes, Herobrine! He just came in, took Ty and poof! Gone!" Ian spitted out the words quickly, repeating what he saw happened.
"Oh no.. No no no no.." Seto mumbled to himself, feeling faint. "No.."
"Herobrine needs to get taken care off." Quentin stated, his face filled with boldness and determination.
"No time for justice, Quentin.." Seto look panicky at the empty white bed. "Ty's gone and Notch knows what will happen to him!"
"I'm sorry, I was suppose to be on the watch.." Ian said, feeling guilty. "I forgot until I walk past the door and opened it.."
"It's all right, Ian." Seto look at Ian in sympathy, knowing how it felt. But Seto knew he himself is the whole blame to this-freeing Herobrine.
Ian sighed, looking at Seto and Quentin. "Should.. Should we go tell the others?"
"No." "Yes." Seto and Quentin said opposite answers at the same time. They look at each other blanky.
"Ian don't," Seto turn to face Ian. "It'll cause them to panic-especially Jason. We can't let this spread around."
Ian nodded, considering the it when Quentin spoke.
"You should, Ian ," Quentin said. "They should be aware that they could be in grave danger, it'll be them on alert and plus they have the right to know."
Seto thought about this for a moment, taking his answer back. "Quentin seems more reasonable.." Seto sighed. "Alright, Ian find Jason and the others, warn them."
Ian nodded before taking off, leaving Seto and Quentin behind which they both stared at the empty white bed....
...
"Mitch.." Jerome called from up the tree. He sits on a branch that comes out, swinging his legs. "Won't you come up with me?"
"I'll be there in a min!" Mitch said. They're in the forest where they set up camp in the middle of the clearing. Jason sit on a log, staring longingly at the sky, wanting it to be the evening. Mitch climbed up the tree, something he gotten pretty good at thanks to a competition called 'Hunger Games' but nonviolent. It also given him extra strength and swordsmanship with Jerome.
He sat next to Jerome who shot a nervous glance at him. Mitch raise an eyebrow, questioning him but Jerome turned back quickly.
Jerome's heart started beating faster when he realized his best friend is next to him. Close to him. What is this feeling..? Jerome wondered, unknown that he is staring blankly at Mitch. "Jerome?" Mitch asked, sounding worried. "Biggums, what have gotten into you?"
Jerome snapped out of it, flailing around. Before Mitch can catch him, Jerome had tipped over the branch, crashing to the ground below them. "Ouch." He muttered, rubbing his back when Ian came running straight towards him.
Ian eyes opened wide as he try to stop himself but failed, crashing into Jerome. Jerome shouted out as he was knocked over, his back hurting even more.
"Ian!" Jerome whined, pouting as he sees Ian on the ground next to him looking as hurt as he is. He groaned loudly, slowly getting himself together. "Ow ow ow.." He hissed.
"Biggums, you alright?" Mitch quickly climbed back down from the tree, helping Jerome up. Looking back at Ian he gave him a questioning stare.
"Guys." Ian spoke. "I have very, very bad news..."
Jason's heart shrink as he hear what happened. He couldn't believe it. Another close friend of his-gone. As if they were leaving me, one by one... Jason shook that thought.
"...and now it seems that Jason is in charge."
