Since Emma already found the spell to bring back her mother, it is now time for the plan to go in action.
For some reason, Emma does not have enough power to cast the spell so she needs some help from other witches. Maddie's power isn't enough and she already has help from Jax, so she only has one last resort: to bring back Principal Torres.
