Yes, I KNOW she can't be their real daughter, since they're two guys blah blah blah. She is an orphaned child of Mars who somehow made it to Camp Jupiter at like 5 and then almost drowned in the Little Tiber. Nico(who was visiting I guess) got her out and later adopted her.
