You walked through the corridor of your college as you looked at your timetable, trying to find your way to your classroom as you'd just started college.
You bumped into someone, expecting the typical, 'watch where your going,' only to hear something different.
"I'm so sorry, are you alright?" A husky accent asked as you looked up from your timetable to see a taller boy, his hair long and curly at the ends as his captivating green eyes held an innocent, genuine gaze making him appear almost lost.
"I'm fine, I should be the one that's sorry, I wasn't looking where I was going," you told him with a smile.
"Oh, neither was I," he laughed.
"Um, I'm lost. Could you help me find my first classroom?" He asked you, showing you his timetable.
He looked like a lost puppy who didn't want to trouble anyone, making him look absolutely adorable.
"Oh, yours is the same classroom as mine, I don't exactly know where it is, but we could find it together?" You suggested, having being nervous yourself about your first day here.
"Okay, if it's not too much trouble," he smiled, a dimple showing by the left side of his lips causing you to smile back at him. He was breathtaking.
"No of course not, I'm on my own today myself," you breathed.
"Really? No friends or boyfriend?" He asked.
"Well I have friends but they've all gone to different colleges or they're doing different things," you informed him.
"No boyfriend?" He asked, shyly.
"No," you laughed.
"What about you? Don't you have friends or anything?" You asked, desperately wanting to know why this guy didn't have a girlfriend being the gorgeous boy that he is, but not wanting to sound too desperate.
"I do have, but they've gone to do different things too," he sighed.
"What about a girlfriend?" You asked, just like he had done to you about having a boyfriend.
"No, no ones really interested in me, they don't pay me much attention and to be honest I don't usually to them either." He explained.
Your mouth opened in shock at his words. How can you not notice him?
"What? Are you shocked or something?" He joked with a cheeky smile as you closed your mouth, realising he had noticed.
"I-it's just, I didn't expect that." You said honestly as he shrugged.
"Well your the first person to notice. At first my friends told me it was because girls just assumed I was one of the popular guys who would get with anyone, but I'm not like that." He explained, opening up to me.
"You didn't think that did you?" He asked, a look of hurt across his face as he frowned.
"Well I thought you would have friends and a girlfriend maybe but that never crossed my mind," you told him genuinely as he relaxed and a small smile played on his lips.
"Thank you," he said, seeming relieved and a lot less upset than a minute ago.
"Did being accused of something like that really hurt you?" You asked him as you both continued to walk through the corridor, probably already late for your first class by now.
"Yeah it did because I never really understood why," he admitted as he found our classroom door as we walked inside, the lesson not having started yet.
"So what's your name?" He asked as you both sat down.
"Y/N, what about you?"
"Harry," he smiled.
Harry. You thought. I like that name.
"I bet he's just like the rest of the popular boys around here," one of the girls laughed as they continued to whisper as a frown became apparent on Harry's features.
You could kind of see why girls would think what they did of Harry. He was gorgeous and seemed to come across as almost like a jock or a popular guy that always caused trouble. If I hadn't have talked to Harry at first I probably would have thought the same. But he's not like that at all once you talk to him.
"Maybe you shouldn't talk to me. People are just going to think your someone I've managed to hook up with on the first day," he sighed, his eyes glazed over with tears as he looked sad.
"They might do. But your not like that and I can see that. I didn't think that of you at all and I'll be your friend if you want me to be," you offered, not wanting to leave this boy all on his own.
"You'd do that for me?" He asked, looking up at you in surprise and hope.
"Yeah I would," you smiled.
"Thank you, you have no idea how much that means to me. I seem to have been judged my whole teenage life and I've never understood why," he said, looking up at you sadly.
"I'm being serious when I say this Harry, but I think it's because your... You know, really good looking and people might just assume..," you trailed off as you looked at a smirking Harry next to you.
"What?" You laughed, blushing slightly at what you had just said.
"I'm good looking you say?" He chuckled.
"Harry, come on, I'm just saying-"
"Your just saying what that I'm good looking and you thought that the first moment you looked at me?" He asked, his dimple showing as his smile grew wider as he became relaxed.
"Okay, yes, I admit that's what I thought and it's what I think but it seems like everyone else does too." You told him.
He smirked for a moment, before his smirk turned into a gentle smile as he looked at you in adoration.
"Guess what?" He said softly.
"What?" You asked.
"I thought you were good looking too. I thought you were pretty cute but I don't want to make a move because I don't want you seeing me as a different person, but do you know what?" He smiled, his eyes shining with happiness.
"What?" You said, not being able to help but smile back at him.
"I don't think you will see me like that, because you seem to know me already. You seem different and do you know what else?" He asked, quietly.
"What?" You whispered, transfixed by his gaze.
"I like different." He smiled.
