            if these don’t look like how you want it, just toy and adjust with the effects to get it how you want it. when happy click apply. if your doing a wattpad cover, tap tools again and tap ‘Crop’ at the top right. next to square, tap 3:4 and apply it. next to the redo button you’ll see an arrow pointing downward and that the save button. tap that button to save your photo to you camera roll. now go on your web browser like safari or google and search up Dafont and search up ‘VOGUE’ and download the font. once downloaded, at the top right you will see it has been downloaded. tap on it and it will open up your files app. look for the font in you files. when you find it, tap on it the vogue.zip. now it will change into vogue.ttf. at the top right you’ll see a arrow pointing up. that will send your files to the app you desire. find the app ‘Phonto’ it will be a red app icon. tap on it and it will open the app. now it should show the font and you will see a blue icon and tap ‘Install’. now at the bottom, you should see a camera, tap on it and click photo albums and find the photo from PicsArt that edited and tap done. now tap wherever and now ‘Add Text’ should pop up. now type in your title or whatever you want on the photo. now click done when you added you text and then add it where you want or you can tap on Move —> Layout and now some premade positions will appear. tap on the text again and tap ‘Style’ at the top tap ‘Style’ at the bottom you will see ‘Aa’ and then the furthest ‘Aa’. and click the white color above the ‘Aa’s and that should give you the glow effect. at the bottom right it will be an arrow and tap ‘Save Image’. now your done. hope this helped!

            i’ll explain the best i can!
            so first download these two apps : PicsArt and Phonto. 
            
            
            open up PicsArt first and import you photo. this is how i change the filter of the photo. at the bottom where you see all the options, effects at the further left. and then if not already on B&W. tap on that and tap on the B&W filter. tap on it again and now you will see how strong you want it to be. tap on G in between R and B and set the fade to 65. or you can adjust the fade to where you like it with your photo. when you are happy with it tap apply at the top right. now, open up tools at the further left right next to effects and tap on adjust. i don’t use all of the effects like clarity, saturation, and hue. these are the amounts i usually go with.
