Hey everyone, I just wanted to share something important.
Last night, I was unfortunately spiked. I passed out and had to be taken to the hospital by ambulance, where I spent the night. I have no memory of what happened after a certain point, and it's honestly really scary.
I’m incredibly lucky to have had amazing friends with me who noticed something was wrong, stayed by my side, and made sure I got help quickly. I'm so grateful it didn’t escalate into something worse.
Please, please be careful when you're out. Never leave your drink unattended, and always be mindful of who you're with. It can happen so fast—even when you think you’re being cautious.

I’m feeling much better now!!
Still a bit bruised, but I’m okay. I honestly can’t thank the random guys enough who stepped in and fought off the men who spiked me, because who knows what would have happened to me if it weren't for them. I owe them everything.
I’m beyond grateful for all your kind messages—it truly means a lot xx
On a more positive note, I’ve got my last exam on Thursday, and I cannot wait to get back to writing about my favs again! Love you all xx
