Weirdo, freak etc.

Id be interested in a story between whatever famouse person or a plain character name Midnight. The story between them would be that the guy started off as her bully, and they constantly fought, but they end up falling for each other and the reason why the guy picked on her was because he liked her but he didnt want to because he didnt want to get hurt again due to some problems in the past. 

Idk if anyone actually looks at these but if you do please help me out. I need a few things. 
          1. Send me some cool plots I can use for future stories 
          2. I need characters. Names, traits etc. If you have a character you’d like to see in a story but don’t want to write it yourself, PLEASE let me know because I can always use new ideas.
