This is a great idea, but realistically it would sort of negate so much. Viserys would have had a male heir and likely wouldn’t have pushed Aemma to even have more children. And if Otto would have suggested a betrothal between Aegon (as 1st born) and Rhaenyra (as Alicent’s child) I think Viserys would have agreed.
