Okay so from what I can tell, most of us feel the proposal was rushed. So I want you guys opinion on how I could fix that. Do I either:
1) Prolong the 'fiancee' stage and have them literally get married at the end of the book.
OR
2) Change the chapter so that Xav asks to be Olive's boyfriend again instead and then have the proposal happen some other time.

Okay, so I've been thinking and do you guys think I rushed the proposal thing a bit? Like in all honesty she literally did js forgive him regardless of the fact that they had a whole day to themselves just the two of them.
But again, when I was writing it, i thought it'd be cute cause you know, he realized he can't live without her and he doesn't want to waist anymore time, he's seen the error of his ways and want's to spend the rest of eternity with her. Very cute shit.
But some people didn't see it like that and were quite rude when stating their opinions :( Which got me thinking, did I in fact rush it?
If I did you can be 100% honest. I could change it to like him asking her if he can be her boyfriend again. Yk something cutesy and the proposal can com later in the book.

Personally I felt it was a bit rushed and as if it meant the book was gonna end real soon, like to put and end to the book sooner but it was still really cute and I loved it

Hi, I'm really sorry that I promised you guys something but failed to keep up with it.
Life's been a lot lately and I've found myself crying every other day and having really dark thoughts. Been in a lot of depressive episodes, have barely been able to smile or have fun and I'm feeling more and more insecure with my looks and just me in general as the days go by. Family life is not it rn and I feel totally and utterly useless in terms of like everything.
Not to mention the amount of pressure I have with school, especially as I'm going into my final year in September.
I don't have a date for when I'll update but I am certain that I'm not abandoning the story and I will update.
However if you're not okay with me breaking my promise and inadvertently your trust, I totally understand that and you have every right to unfollow and/or block me everywhere.
