𝙼𝙰𝚃𝚃𝙷𝙴𝚆 "𝙼𝙰𝚃𝚃" 𝙼𝚄𝚁𝙳𝙾𝙲𝙺
(n.) - a twenty-nine-year-old catholic law school graduate who runs a small law firm with franklin 'foggy' nelson. he went blind at the age of nine when he was hit by a truck and chemicals ended up spilling into his eyes. at such a young age he needed to learn braille, but he also silently struggled with an extreme sensitivity to noise that only got worse the more he focused on them. a fellow blind man named stick came into his life when he found the young murdock at an orphanage after the death of his father, to which he took under his wing and began training matthew. from there, he practiced and learned techniques that helped him get a hold on his new abilities, including fighting blind. now, he goes out in a mask and suit trying to protect his city.
