you have to let yourself feel sad about it for as long as you need to, but keep doing things that make you happy! and just remember that even though it'll always hurt, it does get easier. wishing you all the best <3

i think thats different for everyone tbh. but i find grieving easiest if you simply let yourself grieve. in the end you’re gonna have to feel it anyway. but definitely try to surround yourself with friends and family and do stuff that makes you happy. that usually makes the process speed up a bit <3

just allow yourself to be sad about it, i’m a very sentimental person so having a physical piece to grieve/memorialize them is special too like i have a garden where we buried them that i plant flowers every summer atop them <3333
