Hi!! <3 I just had to take a moment to tell you how much “Just as We Are” and the sequel “When We Were” mean to me. I’ve read a lot of stories, but nothing has ever stayed with me the way yours has. The writing, the emotions, the way you bring the characters to life it’s genuinely breathtaking.
I’m not someone who usually rereads books, but I’ve read both stories three times now… and every single time, they hit just as hard sometimes even more. I laugh, I cry, I pause just to take it all in. There’s a certain warmth and ache in your storytelling that’s hard to explain but so easy to feel.
Even after finishing, I keep coming back because I haven’t found anything that makes me feel the same way. This is genuinely my all-time favorite Wattpad story, and I don’t say that lightly.
