The way the asoiaf fandom is so racist even when you give them perfectly fitting headcanons like FUCK YOU MEAN YOU HATE THAT THE VELARYONS ARE BLACK even after people came out with the headcanon that not all members of the house are poc and that Corlys' grandmother was from the summer islands. And let's not talk abt Dorne, cuz y'all hoes never miss the opportunity to shit on indian people, you're a disgrace and you should be ashame of the stuff you say online AND YOU ALSO GET OFFENDED WHEN PEOPLE CALL YOU OUT

@VEL4RYONX exactly, and the worst about this is that these people even feel entitled and proud of making posts or making weird hate comments against them

I completely agree with the sentiment expressed about the racism present in the ASOIAF fandom. It's disheartening to see how many fans refuse to accept diverse interpretations of characters, even when those interpretations are well-founded and enrich the narrative. The resistance to the idea that Velaryons might be black, despite consistent explanations, and the hostility towards the diverse representation of Dorne, reveal deep prejudices and a lack of meaning.
