I guess you could say I'm a reader. I mean, I wouldn't be studying Linguistics and Literature otherwise, right? Through my studies at uni, I've come to appreciate literature even more, and I've started to really enjoy analysing poetry, as opposed to a couple years ago. As I'm in the middle of my junior year, I think back on what I've read, and I can't really find ONE favourite book or ONE favourite genre. My preferences are so diverse, everything depends on the story. I just know I really enjoy being completely immersed in a different world.
I write better academically than I do creatively, so my stories definitely won't be fantastic, but I love writing them and that's what counts. My native language also isn't English. I don't post very regularly, with all my work at uni etcetera, so enjoy what I've already written!
