Anyone else living their best life since a toxic person/ toxic people were removed from your life? Tbh even though I was left by my “friends” in 2019 because of things I couldn’t control, it forced me to focus on me! 2019 was the best and worst year of my life. Focused on self care, gained ptsd, been losing weight the healthy way, was in the hospital twice, gained medication balance and stable health, and made new better friends who understand mental health and love me despite my medical issues. I’m so glad that my old “friends” are no longer in my life. After they left I was looking back on time with them and I somehow never noticed how hecking toxic they were. It’s like I was blind or brainwashed by them. So, J, S, S, and T, I hope you learn and grow away from your toxic ways. Love all my loyal followers and new friends!
