Hi there! the_flying_ostrich logging in here to let you know that I've unpublished all my stories. It has been about 6 years since I first logged onto this account, and I have nothing but good memories looking back. But as someone who is now an adult, I've decided that it's in everyone's best interest for me to close my account. I was writing these stories as a very young teenager, and I didn't feel right about leaving those stories up. While all of them were written with the best intentions, some of the content was questionable just because of my age, but as an adult, I don't feel right about leaving that content up for impressionable audiences to see, especially without further editing or content warnings. So even though I felt bittersweet taking the stories down, I thought it would be best for everyone. I would never want ill-harm to come to someone because of my writing. If anyone is reading this--especially those of you from years back--i want to thank you. I don't think you know how much your reads, favorites, and comments meant to me. Writing fanfiction was truly some of the happiest times of my life and I will be forever grateful to all of you that made it a positive experience for me. Your support back as an insecure teenager encouraged me to pursue my writing. I'm proud to say that I'm now a college graduate with a creative writing degree.
