Greetings to all of my Wattpad supporters from far and wide, Happy Amby Awards season! Like many out there, I decided to participate in one of Wattpad’s largest contests this year. “Sea of Sunken Letters” is a short story that takes place in 1961, a “calmer” year in the decade that brought some big changes to the U.S. With family tensions and a twist, “Sea of Sunken Letters” is one of the longest short stories I’ve written, and I can’t wait to see it find its readers. This year has been a rough one, and there was a point where I did not think I’d return to this platform. Or writing at all. But my love for the art is too deep, too engrained in who I am, that I couldn’t imagine a life without it. I appreciate all of the love and patience my readers have shown me and my stories, and I will get to that novel one day. Thank you all. Truly. Happy reading, https://www.wattpad.com/story/400245792?utm_source=ios&utm_medium=link&utm_content=story_info&wp_page=story_details&wp_uname=theStphnieCollection

@theStphnieCollection Very nice! Best of luck to you! You wrote so many stories and it seems to be paying off with so many mentions. I would like to have a lot of stories under my belt too one day.

Hello my lovely supporters, What a lifetime it has been since I last checked in. “Dishes and Dreamboats” was my last project of 2024–all the way back in May! I apologize to those who have supported my work and have patiently waited for me to support theirs. I wish I could share a picture of my Wattpad library right now just to let you all know that your works are top priority. But, I’ll have to ask you to take my word for it. I’ll keep this short, as today marks my 21st birthday and my third-year Wattpad anniversary. Wattpad is one of the only platforms I’ve felt comfortable sharing my work, and I am thankful for the contest wins, the nearly 1k reads on my novella, and the beautiful writers I have met during this three-year journey. 2024 might have seemed quiet for me, and it was. I’m still finding my way, and I know the sun will rise again soon. ❤️ In the coming weeks, I will be sharing updates on my debut Wattpad novel. I’m anticipating a summer release, where we’ll be taking a trip to the 1960s! Stay tuned, and for the first time of 2025… Happy reading, Stephanie xoxo
