Question for everyone: how do we feel about audiobooks? Had a conversation with a fellow wattpad resident earlier about producing our own stories for auditory format. But we'd only do it if folks were interested in listening. Are YOU?

hey e'ryone. your favourite fool is back. AND SO IS HEAVEN IS A PRISON!!!! everything was on hold due to political situations in Cuba as well as film production for Mile 15. but we've scheduled the next chapter for later today (Canada time). stay tuned!
          
          Also, Mile 15 has officially wrapped shooting! it will likely be a year or so before it is completed, and we're hoping to take it to festivals for the 2026-2027 season. a MONSTROUSLY LARGE thank you to everyone who has read the book and/or donated to the making of the film (you can still donate btw and get your name in the credits tehe). if you wanna see HOW the film is being made, do check out the Starless Sky Studios production page.
          
          anyhow. we're back to regular reading and updating for the time being. thanks everyone for your patience :)

The Mile 15 movie is officially rolling cameras now, oh my gosh! if you're on instagram PLEASE check out Starless Sky Studios for behind the scenes-y stuff. Jester had the chance to be on set the past couple days and it has been SO cool. INDIE AUTHORS GETTING FILMS OUT OF THEIR BOOKS?? this is awesome.

          Also, we will be back with the Heaven is a Prison updates likely in two weeks. We had no electricity or running water in Cuba most of the time (thanks, USA foreign policy!) and now we're busy helping on the film. 

You are such an interesting person!  You go to all over the place!  Wow, Cuba!  I'd love to hear more about that sometime.  I think you still have my email if you ever want to share anything about your trip.  What a fascinating life you have!

news update. the next couple HIAP chapters are scheduled for Friday this week and next week, but we'll be taking a break from updating for most of June. this jester is off to Cuba for some diplomatic work, and the current energy situation there is unreliable. we'll try to read your lovely stories when we have internet tho!
          
          but if you're really desperate for my book updates, you can always call the White House and tell them to stop holding Cuba under siege. that would solve a few issues.

          Been catching up on everyone's stories after a busy busy April month. And been steadily updating Heaven is a Prison, so be sure to check out the latest chapters. We've got some new characters coming in, and there's even a musical preview at the end of this latest chapter!
          
          In other news, Mile 15 is steadily in preproduction. We've been helping with the script revisions a little, and everything is going smoothly as far as I know. They start filming in June. If you haven't seen the trailer yet, we'll put the link in bio!
          
          Anyway, have a wonderful first May weekend.

          so we decided to add another character to the boards on Heaven is a Prison for those of you who've already seen it. speaking of which, we've been quietly releasing chapters for a few weeks now, so go catch up if you haven't already. the story is taking a very special turn.

          in an unexpected yet very welcome turn of events, my dumb little (yet award winning tehe) novella Mile 15 is being adapted into an ACTUAL FILM!!!! --and the best part is: YOU CAN HELP MAKE IT!!!!
          
          the indie studio, Starless Sky Prod. has just launched a crowdfunding campaign to help fund the film. and YOU can donate to it (even if it's just like five mere shillings). idk what the donation tiers/awards are, but if you are a Wattpad User, I will give you a shoutout and put your username directly in the book (just let me know because I don't personally see who donates).
