 #takingastand is a campaign by Ares Jackson (est. November 10 2018) to help support people suffering from mental health disorders and people who just need a helping hand or just someone to talk to and not feel a burden. 

To support this campaign all you need to do is put the hashtag in your bio. In society today, mental health is still a big elephant in the room, and it's time we address it. It's our jobs as humans to help each other. So let's take a stand, let's take a stand for our friends, family and relatives, towards the people who told us mental health is a fragment of our imagination.
