Through singing, dancing, speaking, or even simple eye contact, he emits an invisible psychic field that synchronizes the emotional states of those around him. Allies within range experience increased mental stability, resistance to corruption, heightened concentration, and faster recovery from mental exhaustion. In domain environments, his performances can suppress fear-induced hallucinations and prevent panic from spreading through expedition teams. At higher output levels, Haru can briefly “steal the spotlight,” forcibly drawing hostile entities’ attention toward himself while protecting teammates. However, the ability weakens significantly when he is isolated, ignored, or unable to communicate with others. Association researchers often joke that Haru is the only esper whose power scales directly with fan engagement.

Having grown up in a household where masculinity was treated as a strict set of rules, Haru found freedom through fashion, refusing to let anyone dictate how he should present himself. He still identifies as a man and views his feminine appearance as an extension of self-expression rather than gender identity. Beneath his bubbly smile is someone surprisingly resilient—someone who has spent years proving that strength doesn’t need to look intimidating. Whether he’s standing on a concert stage or inside a collapsing domain, Haru remains exactly the same: unapologetically himself.
