Today hasn’t been the best day because I feel really guilty about eating and I know it’s something I can’t control because your body needs food to survive but it’s really hard to not feel that way.
So I just want everyone reading this that even if you feel guilty about your eating habits, it’s okay and normal. Your body needs food and if you feel guilty about eating, THATS PERFECTLY OKAY !!!! Just remember that feeling won’t last forever, it’s just temporary.

just wanted to let everyone know my mental health is getting a lot better and that i’ll be updating soon!
i realized i pressed a button that it will only show to my followers but if your not following me you wouldn’t know that i’m taking a super long break from writing for my mental health. i realized i need to work on it before anything else and that’s exactly what i’m doing. i want 2021 to be a good year for me for learning more about myself and learning how to deal with different situations and how to cope with them and most importantly to learn more about my mental health. i hope you guys understand and i’m extremely sorry if i got your hopes up. i promise once i’m back i’ll be better than ever and more motivated and i’ll get all the requests and imagines out for you. i hope 2021 brings you an amazing year, love gabby ❤️
