It wasn't as if she was gravely injured. It wasn't that bad yet he couldn't help the worry that coursed through him. As she took the hit. He couldn't stop he..he should've been able to stop it. He knew that she could take care of herself. She was fully capable. Though he couldn't help it as he fretted over the injuries she had.
"This is why we need to be more cautious. Taking more measures..then you would not have gotten hurt." he lectured as he banged another wound.

He wasn't angry — she did everything according to plan, so he had no right to be.

➟➟➟ @cevents ❝ juliana, are you still there ? i`m at far distance from where the security won`t track me . . . i need you to—agh ! ❞ gabriella grunted slightly when she felt a sharp pain occurring at the side of her abdomen. she peered over to notice that her suit was slightly glowing over where she was hit; suddenly remembering one of the convoys carrying various venomous throwing dart. good news is that there isn’t a dart present in the wound, but having to deal with the hefty side effects. her eyesight was getting a bit messy, the lights and shapes of the buildings changing slightly. the pain increasing over time as she kneeled against the back of a neon sign; uncertain if the symptoms are going to last long…but she was slowly drifting off of her consciousness.

the schoolhouse was dark, which was unusual , but was what the most unusual was the door that was wide open with the handle gone. It was around five in the afternoon , normally , aster is still hard at work preparing for the next day.
@lxttlewxnders- as gabriella headed towards the office , the bloody shoe prints where seen leading / away / from the opened , seemingly broken into , office door .
➟➟➟ @lxttlewxnders- after picking up a few treats at the night market, gabriella wanted to give aster something nice while she was at the schoolhouse; but as she arrived she started to feel a bit unsettled to see the lights are off within the building. she slowly walked throughout the halls, heading towards the office.
