So guys this is a big announcement!
Okay.....so it's been a few weeks since I started to lose writing and reading RPFs. Lately I've been feeling like it's really disrespectful to the people (that we write ffs about). I just feel like it's really invasive and dehumanising. People who likes RPFs may say it's just for fun and stuffs but just imagine someone making you a mafia, playboy/girl, criminal, bully etc or even make you a sister/brother of some other person you don't even know. Imagine coming across a smut of you or a story in which you're death. That's just straight-up creepy to me.
Now they might say "bUt iF yOu likE mEmEs tHeN wHat'S thE prOblEm wIth RPFs? mEmeS aRe jUst liKe RPFs tOo"
Like sis just shut up I still don’t understand how memes can be like RPF. There’s a difference between an ugly picture and actually writing smut about real life people……….
I understand if you’re just writing the celebreties in a certain scenario– that’s fine, knock yourself out; it is only bad when you write smut or ship them with someone that they clearly have no interest in or clearly would rather remain friends with.
Idk u can have ur opinion and I can have mine.
And I also feel like I can't continue my WayV ff anymore.... I'm sorry to everyone who liked it but I'm taking it down.
Don't worry I'm still gonna write fanfics but just not about real people.
And maybe someday I would just continue my WayV fanfic but with fictional characters.
