updating River’s chapter at some point to make them afab transmasc nonbinary for multiple reasons BUT for some sweet reasons, i really like thinking about River & Finn going through their transmasc journeys together, obviously having different experiences but sharing a lot of things and supporting each other loads. examples:
- rotting in bed together as teenagers in their dysphoria hoodies
- helping each other bind safely
- practicing deepening their voices together and laughing together when they get silly and do stupid macho voices at each other
- starting T at the same time!! getting to experience gender euphoria together (Finn is very upset that River’s Latin genes help them grow facial hair super easily but he can’t grow a moustache to save his life)
- looking after each other after they each get top surgery
- learning to be comfortable with the feminine parts of themselves again without feeling dysphoric about it :) (they’re both girlipop af and live for chappell roan)
