Hello. Just popping on here to let you know that the first 11 chapters of my book Camp Starry Nights is on Inkitt right now. This book is a dual-pov and very spicy. 
          
          Summary- 
          
          Lake St James and Spencer Anderson met at Camp Starry Nights and became best friends, however, they were unwillingly forced apart thus losing their friendship. Years later, they meet again, and Lake is still completely infatuated by his long-lost best friend. The same can't be said about Spencer, though. Being gay is not an option for Spencer. He can't be gay. He won't be. 
          
          Will Spencer be able to fight against his heart and be with Lake? Or will the friends no longer be? 
          
          Contains explicit gay sex scenes.

struggling with a lot of things lately and definitely contemplating just giving up the whole writing marlarky. well, at least posting it online anyways. just a lot to think about. i honestly don't know what the point is anymore.

My daughter started primary school today and honestly I could cry. Where has the time gone?

Currently reading ‘The Subtle Art Of Not Giving A F*ck’ by Mark Manson. My counsellor gave it to me for homework this session. She is constantly telling me to not care about what other people think, however, my whole life revolves around the worries and anxiety about how other people perceive me. It is quite silly, I know. 
          
          “You’re anxious about your anxiety, which is causing more anxiety.” Literally 6 pages in and I’m already hopeful that this book will give me better coping mechanisms on living a semi-good life.

They say that the happiest of people hold the most sadness. And honestly, masking the sadness is the hardest thing to do. Outwardly exclaiming, “everything’s okay, look I’m smiling, see I’m okay!” But inwardly begging for the sadness to stop. Will it ever stop? Or will it forever become a part of you? Slowly eating away at the pretend happiness and eventually residing as the one and only feeling. Creating an empty, cavernous hole void of anything light. 
          
          I wonder. 

So I’ve watched Red, White and Royal Blue 3 times already. I’m addicted. Please tell me I am not the only one?!?

The summer holidays are very hard, idk if anyone else with kids agrees with me. My daughter is quite the character and needs stimulating activities constantly, otherwise, she has meltdowns. Such fun haha. 
          
          Is anyone else counting down the days until they go back to school in September??? Or am I just losing my mind here? hahaha. 
          
          Although I am still writing Losing, I am currently planning a new gay romance (separate from LMH) which is fun. Once Losing is complete, I shall publish the new one - there will be a third book in the LMH series, however, I will be giving writing about our boys a break before that. Hopefully, that's good news.

          i had my second appointment with my councillor today. it seems as though I have a lot more problems than initially thought and that the original 6 sessions may not be enough for me. so that's amazing haha. 
          
          because of all this crap I'm going through, Losing is still very much on hold. i am just quickly editing the chapters available and then I can begin to write the rest. also, there will be a third book, so that's great in my eyes, anyway.
