So I just recently realized that I'm human, but a bitter and angry human, I knew the angry part, but not the bitter part, damn, take it easy on me me. Anyway, I also realized that's not who I want to be, not one bit, I can live with my angry self I've been that way since childhood but bro not bitter. So I saw this YouTuber who realized this and to help with that, decided to just write down the details of the day that made them smile or happy and I've done that for the past I think four days and I've realized the smallest shit make me happy like listening to good music, or writing, reading a good book, even journaling. I could be happier and less bitter if I learn to appreciate those small moments and that's what I'm learning to do now. Let's all do that, let's appreciate those small moments.
