@igetmonee idk. Maybe I was late to the conversation, but I saw a video by Larry Reid defending Jacky saying she sings well , takes her time like the likes of Sade Adu a while back, that there are a lot of people in the media disrespecting her voice... and so later I was listening to the sisters (like always) and kinda felt offended that one would even post a comment saying Jacky can't sing... like do they not know the work she puts into the blend? The way she holds it down... The problem is that everyone thinks gospel singing should be screaming high notes and shit, so her voice is more on the calm side... like smooth a bit , I'm all for her doing rnb vibes with gospel honestly (well she's older now so I guess I should say I would've been if she did) It's why Twinkie would give her the songs she made her lead (Twinkie is such a genius for knowing her sisters so well , argghhh )
