Also, I already knew that. It was announced by BigHit Official on Twitter. They said it wasn't that serious but the doctor adviced them to not move or do events for the meantime. So he can't perform in end of the year events or concerts just stand in the sidelines. They had a VLive yesterday about opening their gifts for Christmas, you should watch it too.
