Looks and behavior 
Scp-5749 takes the form of some kind of fox however they have shown the ability to turn into a human teenager of [REDACTED] decent.
Scp-5749 is very childish when bored but when agitatedand or annoyed they can be passive aggressive 

Containment and recontainment protocols 
Scp-5749 is to be contained in a 24.25 containment cell mimicking the looks of an average bedroom, it is to be provided a bed.desk and things to keep it entertained(ex. Cards, board games,ect) to keep it from getting bored and playing with its powers.
If scp-5749 were to escape containment it is advised to try and reason with at as it has shown to react badly to things that look hostile, best way to recontain scp-5749 is to offer it pudding or promising to play with it

Abilities 
Scp-5749 has the ability to wipe people's memories it ranges from not remembering small things(like forgetting why you entered a room) to forget very vital information (your name,family,ect), however scp-5749 will sometimes lose control of this power which cause people across the world to forget something the things they forget can vary from why they entered a room to how to do certain things and on rare cases who some people are.
This ability is used by the foundation as their most powerful memory wipe(forgot what it's called) and scp-5749 let's them use their ability in return for pudding and playmates
