To everyone who lives where the Queen was head of state, I am so sorry to say that you have lost an amazing ruler. She lived for 96 years and reigned for over seven decades. She seemed like an amazing ruler to me. Today, I say for the last time "Long Live the Queen!" I may live in America, but I do say she was an amazing ruler. I wish we could find one of those here in America.

@181007aw That's pretty coo and I wish I could have seen it. I live less than 2 miles from an air force base and you can see the landing strip on a hill. Then when they land, you can see the American flag on the bottom of the plane. Plus, feel the jet power if you're outside. Then they fly in groups of between four to six planes.

I’m from a town just across the water from a major Naval Base in England, they did gun salutes at the same time as the ones in Windsor. A surreal experience for sure.
