Former first lieutenant of the 4th Division under the original Gotei 13 and succeeds Danjirō Obana as Captain of the 5th Division. Inesu was described to be a calm, enigmatic but playful individual who enjoyed rice wine and flowers. However, was considered to be someone unnerving, as if gazing into the true self.
Demonstrated a sense of duty and one to uphold the laws of the Soul Society, similiar to Captain-Commander Yamamoto and Captain Unohana.”
