RTI's primary focus in multifamily property management developed from our need for quality management of mid-sized buildings found throughout Southern California; a demographic that we at RTI feel is seriously under serviced. It was through our own apartment management needs that we recognized that there are several independent brokers and large institutions that effectively manage the smaller and the larger assets respectively. However, the mid-level, private investor finds himself frustrated with the inefficiency of the neighborhood broker, and the insignificant treatment by the large firms.
