The adopted daughter of Iris West II & Lian Harper who went rogue. Through a freak accident she was sent to the past with no way of returning, and so she recreated the accident that gave Barry Allen & Wally West their powers. The recreation did give her powers, though it also messed with her mind. She was able to return back to her time, though now with a hatred towards her mother and grandfather for not bringing her back.
