RIA (리아).

My pen name/public name is Ria (리아) and my dream is to be an English Teacher in South Korea.

I love reading, writing, anime, music, video games, and art. I love to study Asian cultures and languages, South Korea and Japan particularly. I have loved South Korea and Japan since I was in 3rd grade. I am majoring Secondary Education and Minoring English Language and Creative Writing.

I have a fantasizing disorder. Fantasizing disorders such as Fantasy Prone Personality Disorder, Maladaptive Daydream (presently not recognized by the DSM), and Schizoid Personality Disorder (maladaptive daydreaming is a symptom) are extensive fantasizing.

Extensive fantasizing involves making characters, stories, plots, and getting attached to your fictional characters. Anything in media can be a trigger or an inspiration for a daydream. People with these disorders will talk, maybe repeat things until they sound right, make facial expressions, and often act out their characters and stories. This can be done for HOURS throughout the day. 

As a result of having a FD I am very creative and extremely imaginative but I have been struggling to find a creative outlet/skill. Developing a creative skill and spreading awareness of Fantasy Disorders have become very important to me because it's been a massive part of who I am and it's one of the driving force that have made me who I am. 

I know I am definitely not the best writer but the best I can do. I hope you all will read my stories and enjoy the worlds I have to share. I love constructive criticism and feedback just please remember the golden rule everyone. I want to be respectful to all of you just as I want you all to be respectful to me.
