My name is FREDA UFOONENY CHALE.

•	Bsc. Hon, Msc - Food and Nutrtion
•	Former FAO Nutrition Officer in Tanzania, Zambia, Angola, Nigeria and 
         Italy.
•	The first Tanzanian woman to work for United Nations Organization.
•	Worked in SWAPO refugee camps both in Zambia and Angola as FAO's 
         Nutritionist.
•	She trained Namibian refugees on community development, organic 
         farming, vegetable gardening, personal hygiene, food hygiene, cookery, 
          and processing of vegetables.
•	Founder and Chairperson of Regent Estate Senior Women Organization 
         (RESEWO), which promotes production and consumption of traditional 
          vegetables.
