*What if The Mad Hatter was The Doctor from Doctor Who.
*What if "The Other Man 2008" had another ending.
*What if all the theories from fans for Star Wars episode 7-9 was true (Rey's parents, Luke's change, Paige Tico, etc). 
*What if the reunion for Robron on Emmerdale never happened? How would all the events of the show after have changed?

Other ideas:
Should I write Roswell (1999) episode Blind Date in the perspective of one of the guys: Kyle, Alex and the missing sceen with Isobel and Michael at the library (source: Four-Square).
