@read-go I lost 8 kg in a month, just cut off sugar and carbs, then eat full grain chapati once or twice a day, and drink a majic drivk twice a day. Start morning with warm water, you can soak chia seeds a tablespoon and then take it empty stomach Then eat boiled egg with black coffee Make a tea four cups of water, two inch ginger piece cut in thin slices, add half tbls of cummin (zeera), twelve paper corn (kali mirch), cloves 12 (long), half teaspoon haldi powder, two large cinnamon sticks (dalchini), green cadmom 22 (choti elliachi), starkness 4, and sonf one tablespoon make it boil for five six minutes then add green tea one tablespoon in it, let it simmer for two minutes stain it and drink it all day best if you can drink warm, eat salads, and fruits in afternoon, then have your dinner at 6 or 7 then again before sleeping drink this tea before bed do some light exercise to get shape follow it strictly for a month I lost 3.5 kg in first week just quit sugars, snacks, lays, eat healthy take small portions. Eat everything but in small quantity initially when I cut my calories and calculated I was taking 500 ، calories but it didn't make me feel weak, because I was taking my nutrition well, so eat everything but in less quantity take it slow okay

@Rimmiey2 thank you dear, I think it's okay for me, cut sugar double okay because u don't like sugar so I rarely use, full grain chapathi double okay, carbs cut tricky but I will try to my best, warm drink okay I was drinking fenugreek water for a while so I will add warm water too on morning, boiled egg (I love it) so double done, black coffee not a fan but fir this definitely, ginger and clove ಥ_ಥ٩(๑꒦ິȏ꒦ິ๑)۶okay I will take that, excersie no issue I will do, I always crave for rice and thats the most difficult you know insulin resistance but I will try all this at any cost because it's very very urgent for me to loose weight currently Thank you dear *tight hug*

@read-go try the tea it will help you with insulin resistance, cortisol levels and clear your skin too it is magic bit have to use it everyday at least twice and if you take warm it will have more effective and rice, make rice with lots of veggies and meat. Like I cook half cup of rice sign one small cabbage, sweet peas, one chicken breast, capsicum, grains and any vege you like it will give you full meal and fulfill your craving for rice.. Fit snacks take dry fruits but not more than one fist, eat only when you feel hungry, drink like warm water, if possible add lemon juice, it will help you burn calories fast, drink milk too, once a week have cheat day and eat whatever you want
