          what do u think the views in Panem on homosexuality are? bc I'm writing a fanfic for it, and a set of OC's in the fanfic are gay, and in the games however, I don't really know what Panem's views on it would be, and im trying to find a cultured hunger games fan who might have an answer/opinion to this
