          - kuroo writes most of their songs (with the help of kageyama and oikawa) and a lot of them are about his high school girlfriend because he wrote them when they were dating :3
          
          - kageyama is VERY very popular with the girls in his department but he isn't rlly aware of that
          
          - akaashi is very close to his roommate :3 they often go out to eat and drink together (especially on fridays) futakuchi is an animation major
          
          - they started the band as a talent show thing in their high school but it stuck and now they quite enjoy it
          
          - kenma ironically hates listening to classical music 
          
          - sexuality of each boy :
              - kenma : bisexual with a male preference 
              - akaashi : unlabeled with a male preference
              - kageyama : demisexual and unlabeled 
              - kuroo : unlabeled with a female preference 
              - oikawa : gay (LOL)
              - bokuto : bicurious as he's only been with women but would not mind going out with a man. he's just never explored that option yet
              - terushima : bisexual with a female preference 
          
          - akaashi and kageyama share a LOT of the same interests in music, hobbies, and shows so naturally, they got close 
          
          - kenma goes to bed at pretty much exactly 11 pm every night but he likes to doom scroll so he ends up sleeping around 2 am
          
          - akaashi is the social one between the two best friends while kenma kinda just sticks to his own thing. although, he's close with a lot of the girls in his department 
          
          - despite being popular in his department, terushima doesn't have a ton of close friends at school besides the rest of the guys ; he likes to keep to himself 
          
          - oikawa is on the opposite end of this spectrum ; he has a ton of friends from other departments as well as his own. gets invited out to parties a lot
          
          - kuroo and bokuto are the middle ground. they have close acquaintances from their classes and would go out for a drink or dinner if they asked ; but they also keep a boundary with their peers 
          

looking back at it, i shouldve made fuckboy a college au and not a high school one

looking back at some of my early fanfics, i was 12 or 13 when i wrote them so anything over the age of 18 seemed so OLD to me and you can just tell bc i refuse to make characters older than 21 or 22
          
          i'm getting to the age where im pretty much the same age as the characters in the fanfics and i just find it crazy because early 20's is SO YOUNG.... like oh my god....

          - oikawa and terushima started rooming together to get closer :p they were the "least" closest out of all of the duos in their group of five
          
          - throughout high school, akaashi stayed over at kenma's place almost Every Single Day
          
          - akaashi knows how to play the cello and piano !!
          
          - kuroo is the only one out of the five boys who live alone
              - bokuto and semi (apartment)
              - oikawa and terushima (studio apartment)
              - kageyama and yamaguchi (dorms)
          
          - oikawa's best friend is iwaizumi ofc but he's across the world studying in california for two years 
              - the two of them are childhood best friends (met in primary school) 
          
          - kenma has his mom's surname but akaashi likes calling him by his dad's last name for fun
          
          - kageyama owns a lot of digital and film cameras (most are from his dad) but his favorite is probably his nikon coolpix 
          
          - kuroo is pretty offline, especially on instagram but he started being more active after he met kenma (for obvious reasons)
          
          - kenma has been playing the violin since he could have any vivid memory and has won a ton of competitions bc of it
          
          - bokuto always makes a handmade gift for his friends during their birthdays, especially because he works with a lot of clay at school
          
          - their volleyball jersey numbers:
          kageyama: 11
          oikawa: 20
          kuroo: 17
          bokuto: 9
          they don't have specific reasons for these numbers besides kuroo (his bday) but kageyama uses the number 11 a lot as his signature for his projects
          
          - while terushima didn't play volleyball, he went to literally every single game and was their loudest supporter :p (he played basketball instead and his jersey number was 8)
          
          
          
          this was so fun to come up with LOL please take this as an apology of never updating but i finish my last final this week so we pray and we hope
