male reader inserts always have so much potential, but either end up being 1 of 3 things
1. the same as literally every other male reader insert story
2. being horribly bad
or 3, which is super rare, is like, a really good story, but these are like a diamond in the rough

@saiyan_9000 honestly its probably because theres so much cluster, so many stories being posted all at once, and most of them are made by people that are younger, like in the beginning of their teen years, so they aren't actually good writers, and just writing whatever they've already seen but with a slightly "different" spin on it
